Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

Delivery service is closed on weekends and stationary holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders,

shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.

If there are items out of stock, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Restrictions

Free shipping to Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam, and Surrey/Delta with orders over $350 before tax.

Free shipping to Downtown, North Vancouver, Langley, and Maple Ridge with orders over $500 before tax.

Free shipping to Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Mission with orders over $1000 before tax.

A delivery fee may be applicable for orders not meeting the requirement for complementary shipping.

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

Damage of items

Shortages or defects of items must be reported to us within 48 hours receiving of the goods.

Returns

No goods shall be returned after 14 days. Returns accepted after 14 days of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. A credit note will be issued after receiving of products. All returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Opened boxes and used products will not be eligible for returns or exchange.
